PPCRV volunteers’ name lost in Macabalan

Cagayan de Oro. More or less 200 PPCRV volunteers found their names missing on the Volunteers list in Macabalan Elementary School this morning. Attorney Stalin Baguio, CDO Comelec supervisor said in an interview with DXCC that the volunteers' names might be misplaced in other precincts.
