CDO calls for vigilance

Cagayan de Oro. CDO’s responsible citizens call for vigilance in this election times. Tonight at 6pm will start a vigil activity at the city hall to guard and protect ballot boxes from different polling precincts. It is expected that by 3pm this afternoon the counting will start, then canvassing follows. The vigil parallels canvassing tomorrow.
