Vote buying in Villanueva

Cagayan de Oro. An alleged vote buying incident in Villanueva, Misamis Oriental is observed by PPCRV volunteers. It is reported that before the voters proceeds to the precinct they are held up in a house fronting the school [central?] and are given 500 pesos. PPCRV, Villanueva, MisOr.
